Normally self drilling screws used to connect color steel tile, curtain wall, aluminum alloy doors & windows.

As designer & manufacturer, recently Airon exclusively designed new drill point dies for one customer, this DP Die cooperated with our intelligent self-drilling screw point forming machine AE-6200D. The finished drilling screw made by this Drill Point Die can tightly connect aluminum alloy plate & steel frame of car, replace traditional rivet which may bring safety risks caused by separation of rivet after long time oxidation.
